At L&C Blade Craft, we are committed to providing exceptional sharpening and repair services for your knives and tools. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility
- Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of our sharpening service, we will re-sharpen your knife at no additional cost.
- If the issue cannot be resolved after re-sharpening, a refund may be issued upon review.
- Repair Services:
- Refunds for repair work will only be issued if the requested repair was not completed as agreed.
- Refunds are unavailable for tools or knives that cannot be fully restored due to pre-existing damage.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Blades that were damaged before service and cannot be fully repaired (e.g., chips, cracks, severe rust).
- Issues arising from improper handling, use, or storage after the service has been completed.
- Custom sharpening requests that were performed to your specifications.
Refund Process
- Contact Us: Notify us of your concern within 7 days of receiving your sharpened or repaired knife.
- Review: We will evaluate the issue and determine if a re-sharpening or refund is appropriate.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Exclusions
- Refunds are not applicable for shipping costs (if applicable).
- Blades submitted under promotional or discounted pricing are only eligible for a re-sharpening, not a monetary refund.
